abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a photopolymerization initiator suitable as a laser recording material due to sufficient sensitivity thereof to low-output laser by crosslinking a specific organic dye compound and an organic peroxide with a specified organic compound. n CONSTITUTION: The objective initiator, obtained by crosslinking (A) an organic dye compound (e.g. 3-carboxy-7-methoxycoumarin) having (monoalkyl)amino, imino, carboxyl, halogenated alkyl or hydroxyl and (B) an organic peroxide (e.g. 3,3'-carboxy-4,4-tert-butylperoxycarbonylbenzophenone) with (C) an organic compound (e.g. malonic acid) expressed by the formula R 1 -(CH 2 ) n -R 2 (R 1 and R 2 are amino, carboxyl, etc.; n is 1-5) and having the compounds (A) and (B). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
