titleOfInvention | Rubber composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a rubber composition providing a vulcanized material having excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and oil resistance by mixing blended rubber of fluororubber containing reactive bromine, etc., and hydrogenated NBR with an organic peroxide and an isocyanurate compound, etc. n CONSTITUTION: (A) Blended rubber of fluororubber containing reactive bromine group and/or iodine in the molecule and hydrogenated NBR in the ratio of the former and the latter of 20-40wt.% and 80-60wt.% is mixed with (B) an organic peroxide (e.g., di-tertiary butyl peroxide) and (C) an isocyanurate compound or cyanurate compound to give the aimed compound. The blending ratio is preferably 0.5-5 pts.wt. component B and 1-10 pts.wt. component C based on 100 pts.wt. component A. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
