titleOfInvention Heat insulating body
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the ozone of a stratosphere from being destroyed, and make a case material to never be materially deteriorated through affecting fluorocarbon attack by using HCFC-123 as the foaming agent of urethane foam. CONSTITUTION:A frame body is formed with an iron plate outer case 1 and inner case 2 made by thermoforming of the plate member of an ABS resin or HIP resin, and a forming agent as well as polyurethane foam are injected, and a heat insulating material 3 is then formed by foaming the polyurethane foam. In this case, the HCFC-123, which may not be subjected to the production control of fluorocarbon gas in the future, is employed as a foaming agent. And, a thin film (separative layer), which consists of acrylnitrile thermoplastic resin, for example, Barex having an excellent characteristics to the HCFC-123 is formed between the inner case 2 and the polyurethane foam. As the method of forming the thin film 5 on the surface of the inner case 2, it may be available in co-extruding the thin film consisting of Barex, and it may also be available in forming a sheet Barex film through lamination work by employing a urethane adhesive agent.
