titleOfInvention Inner boots for ski shoes
abstract PURPOSE: To offer inner boots fitted to a foot shape of each skier by sewing back cloth to which a filling processing is performed to a foot shape and providing a polyurethane foaming body layer provided with a shape memory property on the outside of the back cloth. n CONSTITUTION: Inner boots 2 are manufactured by setting back cloth 21 which is sewed to a foot shape into a mold, pouring an original liquid obtained by mixing 20 weight parts of trichloromonofluoromethane as foaming agent against 100 weight parts of polyurethane into between the mold and the inner boots 2, and forming as one body a polyurethane foaming body layer 22 on the outside of the back cloth. Subsequently, the inner boots 2 are inserted into an outer shell 1, and by blowing hot air into the inner boots 2, the polyurethane foaming body layer 22 is softened. Next, a foot 5 is inserted into the inner boots 2, and cooled after setting a buckle 3 of the outer shell 1. Thereafter, when the foot is drawn out of a fitting part 1' of the outer shell 1 and a fitting part 2' of the inner boots 2 in a state that the inner boots 2 are left in the outer shell 1, the inner boots 2 whose foot shape is fixed are obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
