titleOfInvention | Direct positive photographic sensitive material |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain the picture with high max. picture density of the subject material without increasing the min. picture density of the material, even when the material is subjected to rapid development processing by incorporating a specified compd. capable of releasing a fogging agent and a specified nucleus forming accelerator in the material. CONSTITUTION:The compd. capable of releasing the fogging agent shown by formula I by a coupling reaction and/or an oxidation-reduction reaction with the oxidant of a developing agent in the presence of an alkaline condition at the time of developing the material, and at least one kind of the nucleus forming accelerator shown by formula II are incorporated in the material. In the formula, R<m1> is divalent aromatic group, R<m2> is hydrogen atom, etc., G is carbonyl group, etc., R<m3> and R<m4> are each hydrogen atom or alkyl sulfonyl group, etc. A is a group capable of accelerating adsorption to silver halide, L is a divalent linking group, (n) is 0-1, Q is an atomic group, Y is a divalent linking group selected from hydrogen atom, etc., R is an org. group contg. amino group, etc., (n) is 0-1, (m) is 0-2, M is hydrogen atom, etc., or a group capable of being released under alkaline condition. Thus, the picture with the max. picture density Dmax. of the material, without increasing the min. picture density Dmin. of the material is obtd., especially even when the material is subjected to the rapid development processing. |
