titleOfInvention Urethane composition for integrally molding vinyl chloride skin
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, containing either of a reactive amine and organotin catalysts and a phosphoric acid ester, capable of preventing deterioration, such as thermal deterioration, of vinyl chloride skins, excellent in durability with long life and useful as automotive panels, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing at least (A) a polyol component, (B) a polyisocyanate component, (C) a catalyst component composed of at least either of a reactive amine catalyst consisting of a tertiary amine containing one OH group in the molecule and an organotin catalyst and (D) an additive component containing a phosphoric acid ester. Furthermore, e.g., a compound expressed by the formula, or dibutyltin dilaurate, etc., are preferably used as the component (C).
