titleOfInvention Production of superconducting ceramic film
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform superconducting film having superior superconducting characteristics by feeding an aq. soln. of a salt of a metal element constituting a superconducting ceramics into a plasma flame and forming a superconducting ceramic film on a substrate mounted at a down stream side. n CONSTITUTION: An aq. soln. of a salt (e.g., a mixture of yttrium nitrate, barium nitrate, and copper nitrate) of a metal element constituting a superconducting ceramics is fed to the plasma flame 3 formed by a plasma torch 1 together with a gaseous mixture of Ar and O 2 . Then, the superconducting ceramic film 6 is formed on a substrate 5 mounted at the down stream side of the plasma flame 3. Thus, a composition of the aq. soln. of the metal element for constituting the superconducting ceramic film to be fed into the plasma flame in the form of an aq. soln. of salts is adjusted uniformly. So the control of charge is facilitated and the superconducting ceramic film 6 having superior superconducting characteristics is obtd. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
