abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a resin structural body which is excellent strengthwise and can prevent inconvenience such as a crack, by a method wherein a core member is covered with an intermediate layer having a reinforcement fiber material impregnated with resin and a fiber-reinforced resin layer with a resin surface layer covering the intermediate layer. n CONSTITUTION: A release film 50 based on vinyl chloride or polyethylene is set to a bottom force 40, onto which a foam sheet 21 based on polyurethane impregnated with urethane resin is set, in molding of a core material 2. Then a honeycomb material 20 is set to the same, over which the foam sheet 21 impregnated with the urethane resin is set, over which a release film 50 is laid further and then cured by clamping the top and bottom forces 41, 40. Then after removal of the release films 50, 50 by performing demolding after completion of a predetermined cure, the core member 2 is formed through trimming and a resin structural body 1 is manufactured by covering the core member 2 with a fiber-reinforced layer 3. Consequently, buckling strength can be improved drastically. Then since load is dispersed with a honeycomb material, a crack at the time of secondary processing or handling can be prevented. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
