PURPOSE: To dissolve a blood fibrin clot by administering both an lysplasminogen and a pro-urokinase. n CONSTITUTION: Both (A) an lys-plasminogen (having higher affinity for a fibrin than gul-plasminogen, being rapidly activated by a double-chain urokinase) which is obtained by limited proteolytic digestion of a natural type plasminogen being a single-chain protein containing a glutamic acid residue at the amino end and having 92KD and comprises a lysine residue exposed at the amino end and (B) a pro-urokinase to be used as a thrombolytic agent in early myocardial infarction are administered in a dose of 15-300mg of the component A and 2,000,000-4,000,000 IV. Most effectively the component A is administered as a bolus injection before the administration of the component B. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
