titleOfInvention Rigid urethane foam
abstract PURPOSE: To improve heat resistance and resin strength by reacting an org. polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of polyoxyalkylenepolyamines, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a surface active agent, etc. n CONSTITUTION: Polyoxyalkylenepolyamines (A) the terminals of which are prim. and/or sec. amines are obtd. by reacting polyoxyalkylene polyol with ammonia and, if necessary, reacting it with a halogen compd. of formula RX (wherein R is a 1-20C satd. hydrocarbon group, a 3-20C unsatd. hydrocarbon group, a 6-20C arom. hydrocarbon group or a 7-20C aralkyl; X is F, Cl, Br or I) in the presence of a base. An org. polyisocyanate (B) and a polyol (C) are reacted in the presence of 1-50 pts.wt. component A based on 100 pts.wt. component C, a foaming agent (D), a catalyst (E), a surface active agent (F) and other auxiliaries (G). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
