PURPOSE: To provide an oligomer which contains no solvent, is UV-curable, and developable with an aqueous alkaline by reacting together specific proportion of diisocyanate, hydroxyalkylacrylate, polyol, alkylenepolyol, and dicarboxylic acid. n CONSTITUTION: An oligomer is manufactured by reacting together 2 moles of alicyclic, aliphatic, aromatic or aroma-aliphatic diisocyanates or their mixture 1 mole of a hydroxyalkyl- or hydroxy chain extension-alkylacrylate monomer, 1 mole of a polyol, 1 mole of an alkylene polyol having 3-6 OH groups and 3-6 C atoms, and at least 0.5 moles of dicarboxylic acid (anhydride) per 1 mole of the alkylenepolyol. The oligomer of, e.g. the formula (n=1-8), that is UV- curable and can be developable using an aqueous alkaline, for preparing a composition useful in the manufacture of solder mask paint, is obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
