titleOfInvention Method for setting insert component of foam molded product
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of deviated position of an insert component and shorten working hours by injecting a foaming agent and foam molding in the state that the insert component is fixed by pressure at the given position of an inner wall of a mold by means of suction force of a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:When a vacuum pump is actuated in the state that a top force 11 is separated from a bottom force 12 to generate negative pressure on the whole surface of a breathing spacer 13 and an insert component 18 is brought into contact with the surface of the breathing spacer 13, the insert component 18 is pressure welded on the surface of the breathing spacer 13 due to the suction force of the vacuum pump. As the insert component 18 can freely be positioned in the given setting position by a working hand, the insert component 18 is positioned in the given position of the bottom force inner wall. Then, the top face 11 and the bottom force 12 are connected with, and a urethane foaming agent is injected into a molding die 10 to be foam molded to manufacture a molded product with the insert components 18 integrally molded on both sides of a urethane pad 19.
