titleOfInvention Nonaqueous dispersion stabilizer of fine powder
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title dispersion stabilizer which is good in dispersibility and excellent in stability for a long period by utilizing polyether compd. having high mol.wt. which has been obtained by the addition of ethylene oxide and butylene oxide to polyamine compd. as an essential component. n CONSTITUTION: Addition reaction of alkylene oxide to polyamine compd. such as polyethyleneimine having 3-200 nitrogen atom is performed. in this case, the addition is performed preferably at the rate of (70/30-20/80) weight ratio of butylene oxide and ethylene oxide. Thereby polyether compd. having 1000-one million mol.wt. is obtained. A dispersing stabilizer having this compd. as an essential component effectively constitutes hydrophobic and hydrophilic epoxides with good balance and therefore various kinds of fine powder can be dispersed in various nonaqueous liquids in a short time and furthermore excellent dispersing stability is exhibited. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
