abstract NEW MATERIAL: A compound of formula I [wherein R 1 is a (halogenated) 1-10C alkyl, a phenyl-1-7C alkyl or the like; R 2 is a 1-10C alkyl, a 2-10C alkenyl, phenyl or the like; R 3 is a 1-10C alkyl, alkoxy, a 3-7C cycloalkyl or the like; R 4 is a 1-10C alkyl, a 3-7C cycloalkyl or a 5 or 6C cycloalkenyl; R 5 is H or R 6 (Y) n (wherein R 6 is a 1-10C alkyl, phenyl or the like; Y is O, S, SO, NH or the like, n is 0 or 1) or the like]. n EXAMPLE: N-(2-ethyl-6-isopropylphenyl)-N-acetyl-N'-tert-butylthiourea. n USE: An active ingredient of pesticides agents.
