abstract | PURPOSE: To improve fertilizer effect and water retentivity, etc., by mixing fermented fertilizer obtained from mixture of aquatic living raw material containing viscera of cuttlefish, etc., plant raw material and polymeric highly water absorbing agent further with cellulosic fiber. n CONSTITUTION: An aquatic living raw material containing viscera of cuttlefish, etc., is mixed with plant raw material and fermented to obtain a fermented fertilizer. Said fertilizer is further mixed with polymeric highly water absorbing agent to obtain one of the aimed fertilizer.
