titleOfInvention Denitrosation and chlorination of fluorine-containing nitrobenzenes
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a chlorofluorobenzene useful as a raw material for intermediates of drugs and agricultural chemicals by reacting a F-containing nitrobenzene with a mixed gas of Cl 2 and NO 2 or NO 2 Cl. n CONSTITUTION: 1mol compound shown by formula I (R is F, CF 3 , OCF 3 , CN, COCl or Cl and at least one of R is F; 1≤n≤5) is reacted with 1-5mol NO 2 Cl or mixed gas of Cl 2 and NO 2 or NO 2 Cl at 300-600°C for 5-20 seconds to give a compound shown by formula II. A gas-phase reaction is preferable, the starting substance is vaporized before fed to a reactor and may be diluted with an inert gas such as nitrogen to be readily vaporized. A column type reactor is usually used as the reactor. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
