titleOfInvention Inorganic elastic injectable material
abstract PURPOSE:To provide an inorg. elastic injectable material having superior work efficiency, penetrating property and elongation and hardly undergoing volume shrinkage by mixing a hydraulic material with aggregate and/or an admixture, a highly elastic polymer dispersion and a diethylene glycol deriv. in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. hydraulic material (A), e.g., Portland cement is mixed with 10-300 pts.wt. aggregate and/or admixture (B), e.g., river sand or acid clay, 20-200 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of solid matter) highly elastic polymer dispersion (C), e.g., 2-ethylhexyl acrylate homopolymer dispersion and 1-10 pts.wt. diethylene glycol deriv. (D) per 100 pts. wt. solid matter in the component C, e.g., diethylene glycol monoethyl ether to produce an inorg. elastic injectable material. This material is suitable for use in the repair of a cracked reinforced concrete structure by injection.
