abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic sufficiently exhibiting effects of medicinal components, excellent safety and feeling in use containing an ampholytic surfactant or semipolar surfactant, nonionic surfactant, beautifying agent, dandruff inhibitor and antiseborrheic. n CONSTITUTION: One or more of an ampholytic surfactant (e.g., N,N-dimethyl-N- lauryl-N-carboxymethylammonium betaine) and a semipolar surfactant (e.g., lauryldimethylamine oxide), a nonionic surfactant (e.g., fatty acid alkanolamide) containing nitrogen in the molecule in the molar ratio of (20:1)-(1:20) and further a beautifying agent (e.g., ascorbic acid), a dandruff inhibitor (e.g., zinc pyrithione) and an antiseborrheic (e.g., sulfur) are used, blended with conventional components and prepared by a conventional procedure to give the aimed substance.
