PURPOSE:To obtain a hair tonic, containing one or more extracts of crude drugs or further one or more surfactants and excellent in promoting effects on prevention of depilation, production, growth of hair, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective substance obtained by containing one or more extracts of crude drugs selected from thyme, sage, lavender, juniper, cedarwood, lemon, geranium, spirulina, black soybean and longanae semen and further one or more anionic surfactants and one or more surfactants having nitrogen in the molecule other than the anionic surfactants as essential ingredients, mixing further normally used ingredients therewith and preparing a formulation according to a conventional method. A fatty acid soap, carboxy betaine, dimethyllaurylamine oxide, etc., are cited as the surfactants. The amounts of the blended ingredients are 0.005-10wt.% extracts of the crude drugs expressed in terms of dried substances and 0.001-10wt.% surfactants. |
