titleOfInvention Water with denaturation preventing function
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent fresh foods from being denatured and decompose and remove unpleasant odor by using water which is processed for denaturation preventing catalytic function and may contain an organic acid or be further treated with a finely porous material. n CONSTITUTION: Water flowing in a glass pipe is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave or high frequency with 1849-2537Å wavelength from outside of the glass pipe or treated with ozone for oxidation to make the water having denaturation preventing catalyst function. Water containing an organic acid such as an oxybibasic acid may be used. Further water may be treated with a finely porous material such as an Oya-stone or zeolite having fine pores with 2-2800Å for reduction in the presence of a reducing catalyst or oxidation to give denaturation preventing catalytic function. Fresh foods and fruits and vegetables are prevented from denaturation and kept fresh by spraying the water or immersing these foods to the water and the savor of the foods can last for prolonged period. Odor of indoors, automobiles' insides, and clothes is also decomposed and removed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
