abstract PURPOSE: To vibrate a flexible tube and a couple of foamed bodies integrally without generating any noise by forming the couple of foamed bodies which have bent grooves in their opposite joined surfaces, fitting the flexible tube along the bent groove of one foamed body, then mounting the other foamed body thereupon, and adhering the joined surface with an adhesive. n CONSTITUTION: A foaming jig 12 consists of a top mold 14 and a bottom mold 16, a recessed part 18 in the shape of a rectangular prism which has a bent groove is formed in the reverse surface of the top mold 14, and a swell part 20 in the shape of a rectangular prism and a semicircularly sectioned projection streak 22 are formed on the top surface of the bottom mold 16. Here, the projec tion streak 22 extends from the swell part 20 is bent almost over the entire surface of the bottom mold 16 to reach the swell part 20, and its overall length is 1-5m. Then urethane foamed original liquid is injected into the jig 12 while the bottom mold 16 and top mold 14 are put together and foamed to fill the space in the jig 12 with the urethane foam. Then the top mold 14 and bottom mold 16 are removed and the tube 30 is fitted in the hollow formed by the projection streak 22 and clamped by the upper and lower charged foamed bodies 24, which are fixed with an adhesive. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
