abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a composition having excellent rigidity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and molding properties containing a polyalkylene terephthalate, polycarbonate and a specific polyester polycarbonate composition in a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. total amounts of (A) 50-10wt.% polyalkylene terephthalate and (B) 50-90wt.% polycarbonate is blended with (C) 3-50 pts.wt. polyester polycarbonate composition which consists of C 1 : 20-50wt.% polyalkylene terephthalate comprising an alkylene terephthalate as a main constituent unit and having ≤1.2dl/g intrinsic viscosity (in o-chlorophenol at 25°C) and C 2 : 50-80wt.% polycarbonate comprising bisphenol A as a main skeleton and having ≤1.2dl/g intrinsic viscosity and has 0.4-1.2dl/g intrinsic viscosity and a glass transition temperature with a single peak in 90-140°C range to give a composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
