NEW MATERIAL: A compd. represented by formula I [wherein X is O or S, p and m are 0-2, n is 2-4, R 1 is an alkyl, (halogne substituted) alkoxy which may be arbitrarily interrupted by O and S, (substituted) alkenyloxy or heterocycryl-alkoxy, R 2 is (halogen substituted)alkyl which may be arbitrarily interrupted by O and S or alkenyl and R 3 is H or an alkyl]. n EXAMPLE: S-propyl O-ethyl O-(3,3,2-trifluoro-2-chlorobutyl) thiophosphate represented by formula II. n USE: A pesticide. n PROCESS: Thiopheshoric acid (phosphonic acid) or dithiophosphoric (phosphonic) ester represented by formula III (Hal is a halogen) is appropriately reacted with a cyclobutanol derivative represented by formula IV (wherein Z is H or one equivalent of an alkali metal ion) in the presence of a diluent and a base. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO |
