abstract PURPOSE: To prepare 'ORUGON' water, to sterilize and to activate water by enabling dissolution of 'ORUGON' in water while supplying and discharging the water to an apparatus for prepg. the 'ORUGON' water. n CONSTITUTION: Atmospheric 'ORUGON' 6 is absorbed by an org. material constructing an apparatus for prepg. the 'ORUGON', and the absorbed 'ORUGON' is led into an 'ORUGON' box 5 through a wall surface of a lining metallic plate 2. The metallic plate 2 reflects the 'ORUGON', so the 'ORUGON' 6 introduced once into the box 5 can not go out of the box 5 due to the effect like a magic mirror, but accumulates in an internal space 7. If a water channel is formed in the box 5 and dissolve the absorbed, concentrated, and accumulated 'ORUGON' energy in water, 'ORUGON' water is prepd.
