titleOfInvention Method of controlling enzymatic reaction by supersonic wave
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the objective product in good yield by controlling enzymatic reaction rate and distribution of product by means of dispersing an enzyme modified by one of various kinds of enzymes or synthetic high polymers into an organic solvent and irradiating the dispersed material with a supersonic wave of controlled frequency, strength and irradiation time. n CONSTITUTION: An enzyme modified by various kinds of enzymes or synthetic high polymers is dispersed into an organic solvent and stirred a stirring device 8 rotated by a stirrer 5 and the dispersed enzyme is irradiated with a supersonic wave of controlled frequency, strength and irradiation time in sonicator part 2 continuously or as pulse through a horn 1 while detecting temperature in reactor 4 with a thermocouple 6 and controlling temperature of a temperature- controlled bath 3 with a circulating water pump 7. The enzymatic reaction is carried out by a controlled speed of enzymatic reaction and controlled distribution of product in a reactor 4 to provide the objective product in good yield. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
