titleOfInvention | Novel polysilane compound, production and use thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title novel compound suitable as an electroconductive material because of excellent electrical conductivity in addition of dopant, comprising an indolylsubstituted silane unit containing a hetero ring as a substituent group on Si atom and a hydrocarbon-substituted silane unit. n CONSTITUTION: The aimed compound which is obtained by reacting a bifunctional silicon compound shown by formula I (R 1 and R 2 are alkyl, aryl, etc.; R 3 is H, alkyl, etc.; X is halogen) and a dihalosilane (preferably dimethyldichlorosilane) shown by formula II (R 4 and R 5 are R 1 ) with an alkali metal (preferably sodium metal) and has a skeleton of main chain consisting of constituent units shown by formula III and formula IV. The compound shown by formula I is a novel compound and, for example, is obtained by reacting an N-substituted indole shown by formula IV with an alkyllithium, aryllithium or aralkyllithium and reacting the reaction product with a trihalosilane shown by formula V. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
