titleOfInvention | Cellulose composition having deodorizing capacity |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a cellulose composition having deodorizing capacity by immersing a composition composed of cellulose in a metal ammine complex solution to chemically bond a metal to cellulose. n CONSTITUTION: A composition essentially composed of cellulose is immersed in a metal ammine complex solution to chemically bond a metal to cellulose and a cellulose composition having deodorizing capacity is obtained. As the metals supported by cellulose, copper, zinc, cobalt and nickel are pref. from the aspect of deodorizing capacity. As the composition composed of cellulose to be used, not only regenerated cellulose or acetate such as rayon, cuprammonium rayon or cellophane but also a natural cellulose material such as cotton, jute, tatami facing, straw, wood, paper or pulp and a material containing the same are designated. The obtained cellulose composition having deodorizing capacity can be processed into various shapes such as a cotton-like shape, yarn-like shape, a string-like shape, a fabric, a nonwoven fabric, paper, a film, a molded product, a sponge-like shape or a composite product with other material such as a laminate before use. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
