titleOfInvention Cement suspension composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a cement suspension giving a set and hardened product of extremely high strength by using cement and a specific solution containing an organic carboxylic acid or its salt or containing a mixture thereof with bentonite. CONSTITUTION:The subject suspension composition is obtained by dissolving or suspending an alkali metal aluminate, alkali metal carbonate and/or (B) an organic carboxylic acid or its salt in a solution or suspension of cement, (A) an organic acid or its salt and bentonite in water. The alkali metal aluminate is, for example, potassium or sodium aluminate, because it is readily available. The alkali metal carbonate is potassium or sodium carbon, because they are readily available. The amount of the organic carboxylic acid or its salt is usually 0.01 to 2wt.% based on the cement.
