titleOfInvention Bismaleimide compound having perfluorononenyloxy group, its production and bismaleimide resin material
abstract NEW MATERIAL:To bismaleimide compound, expressed by formula I (C 9 F 17 contains one double bond and may be suitably branched; H in the aromatic ring can be substituted with alkyl, alkoxy, F, Cl or Br; two maleimide groups are respectively bound to the aromatic rings at the o-, m- or p-positions with respect to the ester bonds) and having perfluorononenyloxy group. n EXAMPLE: Bis(4-maleimidophenyl)-5-(perfluorononenyloxy)isophthalate. n USE: A raw material for bismaleimide resins excellent both in heat resistance and in moisture unabsorbence. n PREPARATION: An acid chloride compound, expressed by formula II and having the perfluorononenyloxy group is reacted with a hydroxyphenylmaleimide compound expressed by formula III to afford the compound expressed by formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
