titleOfInvention Antiparasitic agent
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine exhibiting antiparastic action having reproductivity without causing pain when administered to an animal by subcutaneous and intramuscular injection by dissolving 25-cyclohexylavermectin B1 in a solvent obtained by mixing sesame oil with ethyl oleate in a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: This antiparstic agent is obtained by dissolving a compound represented by the formula in a solvent composed of 50-95vol.%, preferably 75-90vol.% sesame oil and the balance of ethyl oleate. The concentration of the compound of the formula for subcutaneous and intramuscular injection is preferably 1-30mg/ml, especially preferably 10mg/ml. The solution is suitable for use of injection generally used and further, the compound of the formula is protected from air oxidation in long-term storage, because the agent contains an unsaturated acid ester. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
