titleOfInvention Electrolyte for driving electrolytic capacitor
abstract PURPOSE: To incorporate a cleaning step by using ethylene glycol as a main solvent, and adding one or more of dimethoxynitrobenzene, nitroacetophenone, N-phenylnitroaniline to and dissolving them in an electrolyte prepared by dissolving boric acid and organic acid or its salt. n CONSTITUTION: In order to prevent chlorine ions from ionizing by decomposition suppression of added nitro compound even if halogenated hydrocarbon used as a cleaner is invaded into a capacitor case in an intermediate high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor, an increase in chlorine ion concentration of the electrolyte is prevented to prevent aluminum electrodes from corroding. The dimethoxynitrobenzine includes 2,3-dimethoxynitrobenzine, 2,4- dimethoxynitronenzine, etc. The nitroacetophenone includes o-nitroacetophenone, m-nitroacetophenone, and the N-phenylnitroaniline includes N-phenyl-2- nitroaniline, N-phenyl-3-nitroaniline, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
