abstract PURPOSE: To provide a deodorizing cleanser having an excellent deodorizing effect against nitrogenous bad odors, etc., generated by the putrefaction of raw garbages or foods while retaining a cleaning power, by compounding a tea leaf tannin fraction containing a catechin compound and black sugar oligomers as essential components. n CONSTITUTION: The objective deodorizing cleanser contains (A) 0.1-10% (as a catethin) of a tea leaf tannin fraction containing a tatechin compound extracted from tea leaves and (B) 0.01-1% (as a crude colorant component) of black sugar oligomers extracted from black sugar as essential components.
