abstract PURPOSE: To produce an emulsion of aminosilicone fine particles having excellent stability by emulsifying and dispersing an (epoxy modified) aminosilicone into water by using a surfactant, then adding an acidic substance to the emulsion and heating and aging. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 pts.wt. aminosilicone shown by formula I [R 1 is 1-20C monofunctional hydrocarbon group, OH, etc.; A is aminoalkyl group shown by formula II (R 2 and R 4 are 1-6C bifunctional hydrocarbon group; R 3 , R 5 and R 6 are H or 1-20C monofunctional hydrocarbon group; Z is 0-5); 0<x≤3; 0≤y<3; 0<x+y≤3] and/or reaction product of the aminosilicone and a monoepoxy compound shown by formula III or formula IV (R 7 is monofunctional organic group) is blended with ≥10 pts.wt. surfactant, emulsified and dispersed into water and (B) then mixed with ≥0.1mol equivalent based on N atom of the (epoxy modified) aminosilicone, heated and aged. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
