titleOfInvention | Manufacture of synthetic resin coated wheel |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent synthetic resin from flowing out of a cavity by simultaneously and uniformly sealing the abutting sealing face of a rim flange part and other abutting sealing faces of mounting holes and the like by a method wherein a synthetic resin covered wheel is manufactured under the condition that the wheel, onto the abutting sealing faces of which sealing material is adhered in advance, is sealed onto a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:Sealing material 8 is adhered in advance onto the rim flange part 12, the surroundings of mounting holes 4 and the surrounding of a hub hole 5 in a wheel 1. Further, a gap (e) is provided between the tip of the rim flange part 2 of the wheel 1 and the bottom force 10 so as to realize sure sealing through the compression of the sealing material 8. Next, the resultant wheel 1 is seated on the bottom force 10 and pressed with cylinders 13. Under the condition as just mentioned above, urethane resin is poured from a urethane inlet 6 in the cavity 12. Thus, the flange part, the surroundings of the mounting holes and the surrounding of the hub hole in the wheel are surely sealed and the flowing out of urethane resin through them is eliminated. |
