titleOfInvention Embedded piping and its manufacture
abstract PURPOSE:To improve workability and durability by foam-covering integrally the outer periphery of a tubular body with a hard urethane foaming substance with diphenylmethane isocyanate at least as raw solution for elimination of depression at the time of embedding work in a soft ground. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a tubular body 1 consisting of the most suitable clay pipe for sewage and waste water is integrally foam-covered with a hand urethane foaming substance 2. As the raw solution of the hard urethane foaming substance 2, the essential components are diphenylmethane diisocyanate or polyisocyanate component mainly includes it nitrogen atom contained polyol and foaming agent and if necessary, catalyst, and besides other assistant and additive are contained. By covering the tubular body with hard urethane foaming substance, compressive strength, bending strength, etc., are improved, and apparent specific gravity of the hard urethane foaming substance becomes small like 0.03-0.2. It is thus possible to eliminate depression and breakage at the time of embedding work in a soft ground for improved workability and durability.
