abstract PURPOSE: To gain stable adhesive strength between an FR compound rubber layer and a ground fabric by using a material whose adhesion face side to the FR compound rubber layer is treated with a mixed group adhesive where an isocyanate group adhesion has been added to epoxy radical introduced nitrile rubber cement, as ground fabric. n CONSTITUTION: The contact surfaces (both sides or single side) of an FR compound rubber layer 3 in a ground fabric 1 is treated with the mixed group adhesive where an isocyanate group adhesion has been added to the epoxy radical introduced nitrile rubber (hereinafter referred to as 'epoxidized NBR'). The epoxidized NBR mentioned above can be gained by copolymerizing a functional monomer which contains the epoxy radial mentioned below with butadiene (or isoprene) and acrylonitrile. The functional monomer is such as glycidyl acrylate, glycidyl metacrylate, glycidyl vinyl ether, glycidyl acrylic ether and the like. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
