titleOfInvention X-type metal phthalocyanine composition, its production and electrophotographic photoreceptor using the same
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition having a specific X-ray diffraction peak and excellent stability by adding less than equal amount of titanyl phthalocyanine to free phthalocyanine and stirring the mixture to effect crystalline dislocation. n CONSTITUTION: A free phthalocyanine of formula I (X 1 through X 4 are halogen; n, m, l, k are 0 to 4) is combined with less than equal amount of titanyl phthalocyanine of formula II and they are stirred to effect crystalline dislocation whereby the subject composition which is composed of 100 pts. wt. of X-type free phthalocyanlne and less than 100 pts. wt. of titanyl phthalocyanine and shows strong peaks at Brag's angles (2θ±0.2°) of 7.5, 9.1, 16.7 and 17.3 in X-ray diffraction spectrum with CnKα radiation source. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
