titleOfInvention Method for removing and concentrating desired ion from solution
abstract PURPOSE: To easily remove, concentrate and recover ions from a solution by bringing a specified compound into contact with a polyionic solution for concentration and destroying the formed complex with an acceptor liquid so as to solubilize the complex in the solution. n CONSTITUTION: A mixed solution (A) of desired ions and other ions is complexed with a compound (B) of the formula [when B is O, OCH 2 , S or SCH 2 , D is N(R 3 ) or N(R 3 )CH 2 ; E is NHCH 2 CH(OH)CH 2 O(CH 2 ) 3 Si (O-silica gel) 3 or the like; Y and Z are each O-silica gel, methoxyl OCH 3 or the like; R 1 is hydroxyl or the like; R 2 is H or the like; R 3 is H or the like; a is 3 or the like; b is 1 or the like; c is 5 or the like; d is 0 or the like; and the matrix is silica gel or the like]. Next, a volume smaller than that of component A of free ions are molten in an acceptor liquid to destroy the complex and to thereby remove the desired ions and recover. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
