titleOfInvention Prostaglandin e1 percutaneous absorption preparation
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a percutaneous absorption preparation containing an acrylic tacky agent, prostaglandin E1 and skin permeation promoter and useful as a vasodilator having long acting properties and stabilized drug action and reduced in side effects. n CONSTITUTION: The aimed preparation containing an acrylic tacky agent (e.g. homopolymer of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate or copolymer of above-mentioned monomer and a small amount of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid), prostaglandin E 1 and skin permeation promoter (e.g. middle-chain fatty aid glyceride, especially preferably glyceryl monocaprylate). Prostaglandin E 1 is a compound expressed by the formula and used in an amount of 1-10wt.%, preferably 1-3wt.% based on total preparation and the skin permeation promoter is used in an amount of 1-20wt.%, preferably 3-15wt.% based on total preparation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
