titleOfInvention Mortar, concrete and mixing material therefor
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain mortar or concrete having high compression strength with more firmly integrated adhering face to aggregate containing mixing material comprising fine powders of a substance having reactivity with cement hydrate and surfactant in hydration reaction of mixing with cement. CONSTITUTION:In a case of making cement mortar, high early strength cement is mixed with standard sand to be aggregate and mixed with the above- mentioned fine powder (e.g. mixed fine powder of fine powder of bauxite and silica hume). Then, said mixture is further mixed with a mixing material obtained by pre-mixing of surfactants such as AE agent, dispersant and wetting agent. Besides, an amount of said mixing material is preferably about 30wt.% of the high early strength cement. By using of the above-mentioned mixing material, strength of cement paste itself is increased and further adhesion of the cement paste and interface of the aggregate is increased, then integration of aggregate such as gravel or sand, etc., and the cement paste in adhering face is increased. As a result, mortar or concrete having high strength sufficiently exhibiting strength of mortar or concrete is obtained.
