titleOfInvention Integral molded sheet and preparation thereof
abstract PURPOSE:To improve an appearance shape by forming a groove part narrowly and deeply by elastically receiving each pad element between groove molding projections in a state closely adhered to each mold surface and the roots of the projections and forming a groove molding flange into a loop shape to form and cure a foaming agent to integrate a main pad. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 25 is formed into an almost square shape sheet having a space making a main pad 29 bondable and an urethane film 25 preventing the penetration of a foaming agent is bonded to the rear of the skin material 25. The respective pad elements 27a, 27b... received in groove molding projections 23a, 23b... are bonded to the skin material 25. In order to set a sheet cover assembly 24 to a lower mold 21, the skin material 25 is set on the side of a mold surface 22 and each pad element 27 is received between the corresponding projections 23 and the part of each groove molding flange 28 between the pad elements 27 is sufficiently pulled toward the inside in a loop shape and the end edge of each pad element 27 is pressed to the root parts of the groove molding projections 23. The foaming agent of the main pad 29 is injected in the lower mold 21 and an upper mold is clamped to perform foaming and curing. After foaming and curing, the mold is opened to take out a product W from the lower mold 21.
