abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an electroconductive silicone rubber composition having excellent molding and conductive properties, free from trouble due to low- molecular silicone and suitable for conductive component in precision component by blending a specific diorganopolysiloxane with a specific amount of an electroconductive carbon black, etc. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane expressed by the formula [R is (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; a is 1.98-2.02], containing ≥2 alkenyl groups in one molecule and being ≤1wt.% in the content of cyclic siloxane expressed by the formula (R 2 SiO) n (n is 3-10) is blended with (B) 5-100 pts.wt. electroconductive carbon black (e.g. acetylene black), (C) 2-50pts.wt. saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon being 70-300°C in b.p. at 760mmHg and (D) curing agent (e.g. di-tert. butylperoxide) and the blend is subjected to heat curing and/or after heat curing, further heated to remove saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon to mold the blend. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
