titleOfInvention Oxygen enriching device
abstract PURPOSE: To enable high-precise and stable regulation of a flow rate and measurement of a flow rate in a microflow rate area in a film type oxygen enriching device by providing an area flow meter which is provided on the upper stream side with a discharge part to discharge surplus oxygen enriched air and a means to regulate a discharge amount from the discharge part. n CONSTITUTION: A module, a pressure reducing means, and a blower means are contained in a body 1 of a film type oxygen enriching device, and an take-in port 11 for oxygen enriched air and a flow meter 10 to regulate and measure a flow rate to the take-out port 11 in a wide range are mounted thereto. A microflow rate controller 3 in a range of 0-1l/min is mounted between tubes 2 and 6 coupled to the take-out port 11, and the controller 3 is provided with a flow meter 4 having a high measuring flow rate and a flow meter 5 having a low measuring flow rate, and a control valve 7. The flow meters 4, 5, and 10 are provided on the upper stream side with a discharge port through which surplus oxygen enriched air is discharged and a valve for regulating a discharge amount. Since the oxygen enriching device is suitable for a use in a low flow rate area, it is especially effective to a patient having slight lung decease and a patient, e.g. an immature infant, having a lung decease. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
