PURPOSE: To obtain a safe analgesic agent capable of reducing disorder in digestive tracts with hardly any side effects by blending a medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride, etc., with an acidic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent. n CONSTITUTION: An analgesic agent obtained by blending (A) a substance selected from the group consisting of a medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride, propylene glycol monooleate, sorbitan ester of a fatty acid and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether with (B) an acidic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent, e.g. phenylacetic acid-based derivative (e.g. ibuprofen), salicylic acid-based derivative (e.g. aspirin) or piroxicam. The amount of the ingredient (A) blended is 0.1-50 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-10 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. ingredient (B). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
