titleOfInvention Material for interior finish and manufacture thereof
abstract PURPOSE:To make a mold light in weight, simple and low cost by reducing a weight of the title material and decrease a product cost of the material, by a method wherein a core material is changed into a split and a small-sized bracket by abolishing the core material extending over the whole surface of the material. CONSTITUTION:A core material is split into brackets 7, 9 having a seat surface 5 and nail 4 respectively and a reinforcement material 16 along with the brackets 7, 9 and a skin material 12 are foamed unitarily with a semi-rigid urethane foam 13 on a part where it is abolished through miniaturization. Although a through hole 17 can be provided also on all of the small-sized brackets obtained through splitting, generally the same is provided on only a part where adhesion between the bracket and urethane foam is desirous of an improvement. Since the through hole 17 of the bracket and the nail 4 are bent, both sides of the bracket become continuous through a large number of through holes, not only the adhesion but also mechanical strength of that part are improved more.
