abstract PURPOSE: To provide a human-mouse heterohybridoma NM-3D7 capable of forming a human monoclonal antibody having high antibody titer against intracellular toxin and excellent neutralizing capability. n CONSTITUTION: The objective hybridoma NM-3D7 (FERM P-10517) is prepared e.g. by the preparation of human lymphocyte B cell sensitized with antigen and the establishment of a monoclonal specific antigen-producing cell strain by the impartment of indefinite proliferation capability. The objective human monoclonal antibody can recognize the lipid A site in a ribopolysaccharide molecule of Gram-negative bacteria, bond with lipid X and monophospholipid A and neutralize the activation of a lipopolysaccharide-sensitive protease in the blood coagulation system of Tachypleus tridentatus. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
