titleOfInvention One pack-type thermosetting coating composition and method for forming cured film
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition containing a polyfunctional polyepoxide compound, a blocked polyfunctional polyisocyanate compound and a specific heat-activation catalyst, stable at normal temperature, having excellent workability and giving a coating film having excellent heat-resistance. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains (A) at least one kind of 2- to 6-functional polyepoxide compound (e.g. diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A), (B) at least one kind of blocked 2- to 6-functional polyisocyanate and (C) at least one kind of heat-activation catalyst selected from a complex of an organic tin halide (e.g. trimethyltin iodide) and an onium salt (e.g. tetramethylammonium iodide), a complex of an organic tin halide and hexamethyl phosphoramide, a complex of stibonium salt and a zinc halide and a complex of lithium halide and hexamethyl phosphoramide. The equivalent ratio of isocyanate group to epoxy group is 1:2-2:1. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
