abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition improved in mildew-proofing and algae- proofing properties and heat resistance by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and a plasticizer. n CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride resin of a mean particle diameter of 0.1-50μm is mixed with 0.001-0.8wt.% mixture of 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole with 2-n- octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one in a weight ratio of 3:7-7:3 and a phosphate plasticizer (e.g. triethyl phosphate). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio
