titleOfInvention Pharmaceutical composition for nerve growth induction, stimulation and maintenance and enzyme potentiation
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition comprising a nerve growth factor, 2-amino-1,1,3-tricyano-1-propane and a carrier and useful for nerve growth induction, stimulation and maintenance of nerve growth and enzyme potentiation. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical composition is obtained by combining a nerve factor with 2-amino-1,1,3-tricyano-1-propene as active ingredients and adding a pharmaceutically permissible carrier thereto. A ratio of nerve growth factor to 2-amino-1,1,3-tricyano-1-propene is about 10<-5> to about 3×10<-5> pts.wt., preferably about 2×10<-5> pts.wt. Male mouse submaxillary gland nerve growth factor is used as the nerve growth factor. The component contains at least 0.5wt.%, preferably 4.0-70wt.% for oral administration treatment.
