titleOfInvention Oral administration pharmaceutical preparation for controlled release of active substance, and its production
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject preparation capable of releasing an added active substance at a specific site or at a predetermined time without relating to the changes in an pH value and a bacterial bus in digestive tracts by successively coating a core with an active substance-containing layer, a medicinal substance release-controlling film, an acidic layer and a binding film. n CONSTITUTION: This sustained release preparation for oral administration is obtained by successively coating a core preferably comprising at least one pharmaceutically active substance with an at least one pharmaceutically active substance-containing layer (capable of arbitrarily containing the pharmaceutically active substance), a control film capable of being dissolved at a limited pH or without limiting the pH (e.g. cellulose acetate phthalate), an acidic layer containing at least one physiologically harmless acid (e.g. acidic sodium phosphate, citric acid or tartaric acid), and a binding film comprising a pH-sensitive polymer (e.g. CMC) and an insoluble polymer (e.g. a cellulose ether). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
